Everything starts with a free survey. We come out, look over the hatch you already have, measure the opening to the millimetre and ask how you actually use the loft above it. On fitting day the old panel comes out carefully and we ready the opening. The replacement hatch then goes in: a 100mm insulated core that reaches a U-value of 0.35 W/m²K or better, with factory-fitted compression seals running the full way round the frame. Last, the frame is fixed, trimmed and finished so it sits flush and clean against the ceiling. We check it opens, closes and seals properly all round, then take away the old hatch and every offcut — leaving you a tidy landing and nothing to clear up after us.
